Originally from Broken Hill in Far West New South Wales, Ainsley made a sea change to Port Macquarie in 2021, drawn by its coastal lifestyle and community spirit.
Prior to relocating, Ainsley completed a Bachelor of Business Management and a Masters of Human Resource Management with Charles Sturt University in Wagga Wagga. With over 8 years of experience in the Human Resources industry, Ainsley has built a robust background in Recruitment and Employment Relations. She is dedicated to guiding the team at Elders Lifestyle Group on their professional journeys and fostering a supportive workplace environment.
In her leisure time, Ainsley enjoys frequenting the beach with her two Cocker Spaniels or spending quality moments with friends and family.
