We are not from Port Macquarie and had travelled to Port Macquarie to finalise an investment property purchase. While we were there we thought we would interview potential managing agents. “I have been employed by Elders Property Management for over 10 years, as an electrician for property maintenance regarding electrical faults & maintenance. During this period of time I have had to respond to property mangers requests for service, advice & quotations in the interest of both their tenants & owners.

The property managers have always been courteous to me as a tradesperson, even to the point of the “younger” property managers calling me, ‘Mr P’ which is a nice touch & sign of respect not often seen today! My dealings with property managers often require urgent attention regarding electrical safety & tenants essential services (for example no hot water or stove not working).
